HARRIET
E. MAPHET
Harriet Maphet is President of
Infinity Resources, a retained executive search and human
resources consulting firm. She established the organization in
1999 to address the needs of client organizations in finding
superior talent to continue the growth of their organizations.
The company's mission is to provide high quality, value added,
results oriented service at reasonable rates to client
organizations. She has instituted a rigorous process that
provides clients with fast turnaround of projects, but not at
the expense of quality. Market and organizational research as
well as competitive analysis are routinely part of the process
which enhances the company's ability to find the most
qualified candidates to fit client's needs. Her experience,
along with the experience of her team, in line management as
well as executive search also expands the capabilities of the
firm into human resources consulting.
Harriet's prior experience was
as a Vice President with Nicholson International Inc. where
she was part of the management team responsible for the
start-up of U. S. Operations as well as part of a global team
of consultants managing executive search and human resources
consulting services. Harriet has experience in a variety of
industries which include chemicals, pharmaceutical and
healthcare, consumer products, information technology and
financial services. She brings with her 14 years experience in
executive search.
Prior to joining Nicholson
International Inc. in 1998, Harriet was with The Stevenson
Group, a retainer based search and management consulting firm,
from 1989 to 1998. She was responsible for managing senior
level search and consulting assignments in all functional
areas for a variety of industries. In addition, from 1979 to
1989, she held marketing management positions with Degussa
Corporation, a specialty chemical producer. Her product focus
was inorganic chemicals sold to pharmaceutical, HBA, paper and
detergent industries.
Harriet received her Masters in
Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Her
undergraduate degree is from Fairleigh Dickinson University
where she received a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration/Marketing. In addition, she is an active member
of the Society of Human Resource Management and has served as
Vice President of Membership. She is also a member of the New
Jersey Business & Industry Association, the New Jersey Technology Council,
the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce as well as The President's Forum.

MARC
ROBERTS
Marc Roberts is a Senior Vice
President with Infinity Resources, a retained executive search
and human resources consulting firm. Marc brings to his
present role almost a decade of success in the search industry
and more than 20 years of corporate management experience.
While working as a Financial
Executive for some of America's leading blue-chip companies,
Kraft General Foods, Avon Products, Adidas USA, and
Continental Grain, he was recognized as a senior executive
whose leadership style effectively balanced a pragmatic
management approach with strong creative and innovative
skills. Marc received several awards, such as the General
Foods Chairman's Award and the President's Award for
Outstanding Achievement while at Continental Grain.
Prior to joining Infinity
Resources, Marc was President of RPW International, a retained
executive search and management consulting firm he founded in
1998. He has successfully completed assignments for senior
management in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, New Media,
Entertainment, Bio-Technology, Financial Services and High
Technology. In 1994, Marc was a founding partner and principal
of Search Support Group, a search research firm supporting the
executive search industry. He also served as Vice
President-Business Development at the Stevenson Group, a
retained executive search firm, where he managed senior level
search assignments in the Technology arena.
Marc worked as a management
consultant prior to joining the search industry. Clients
included a $130 million apparel company, where he served as
Chief Financial Officer, a global specialty chemical company
where he re-engineered the payroll and employee benefits
reporting system, in addition to clients in the publishing,
real estate and service industries.
He holds a Master's Degree in
Corporate Finance from Pace University and a Bachelors Degree
in Accounting from Lehman College. Marc is active with the
Mohansic Girls Basketball Club and CYO basketball. He is a
member of The Society of Human Resource Management and the
Westchester Venture Group.
